Care

All our pieces can be carefully hand washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. We do not recommend to machine wash or tumble dry. If you have any questions about proper care, please feel free to contact us.

Custom Orders

If you're interested in a custom order please email us with what you have in mind. Please note custom orders may be closed during busy times (refer to our Instagram khwabb_ps for more info). Custom orders are limited to our own designs and the fabric we have on hand.

Shipping

By purchasing from By Khwabb you are agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and packing - most orders will be shipped next day, but as we pack and post all orders ourself we appreciate your patience.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, kindly contact us.
